Realityjam's Industry Access Program empowers you to work on live, MMO titles while you learn the art of game creation, immersing you in the industry from day 1.
INDUSTRY ACCESS PROGRAM
Realityjam is a gamer-led movement revolutionizing game development careers through a two-year industry access program that bypasses traditional education barriers.
Start with our 12-month Scion Foundation Program (delivered with Unity), you'll work on live MMO titles from day one.
Then graduate to a guaranteed paid apprenticeship at Realityjam studio earning up to £24,000 while specializing as a Junior Tech Artist or Junior Gameplay Developer.
After completing your apprenticeship you'll graduate as a Magus with 2 years of industry experience and a Unity Associate Certification.
Following graduation access up to £80,000 in venture capital funding to build and launch your own game and redefine your reality.
A VIRTUAL WORLD LIKE NO OTHER
Create awesome MMOs and build virtual worlds while you refine your game creation skills. Contribute to live multiplayer titles and get credited on AA games even before you graduate.
You'll be credited as a member of the Realityjam production team for the work you do while you learn, accelerating your career potential by profiling your work on live MMO games.

Realityjam's learning solutions and on-the-job training is delivered in cooperation with leading industry tech platforms including Unity and Edgegap. Graduate our 2 year industry access program with an Associate certification from Unity as a Tech Artist or Game Developer.

MULTIPLAYER GAME DESIGN MADE EASY
Realityjam Studio offers program participants a Unity compatible runtime, C sharp / .net game engine and world building interface that they use to integrate their work with our games. Designed to mirror Unity workflows, Realityjam Studio flattens the Unity learning curve while maintaining compatibility with Unity plug-ins, scripts and packages.

REALITY JAM EVENTS
Realityjam work culture is based on the idea that having fun is halfway to success. Adepti and Scions work from home, collaborate using Discord and build connections within the movement by attending regular in-game and IRL events and meet ups.
Every 4 months, all members attend Reality Jam: 2-day micro-festivals in London combining game jams, conferences, and esports comp.s

HOW IT WORKS
Stage 1: The Scion Foundation Program
Begin with our intensive, 12-month Scion Foundation Program, delivered with Unity, the world's leading game development platform. The program equips you with professional-grade skills in game development, 3D content creation, and interactive storytelling. Activity Focus: 3 days of education and training / 1 day of practical game creation per week. Course Cost: £3495 (paid in advance) earn revenue via monetized in game content created during the course.
Stage 2: The Adeptus Apprenticeship Program
Following Stage 1 receive a guaranteed graduate apprenticeship at Realityjam working on cutting-edge multiplayer games. Graduate with UK Apprenticeship Award, Unity Professional Certification, 2 years industry experience on AA multiplayer titles, passive revenue from monetized in-game content created during the course. Activity Focus: 1 day of education and training / 3 days of practical game creation per week. Compensation: £16,000 base salary plus holiday pay, pension, and performance bonuses up to £26,000 annually.
Stage 3: The Realityjam Game Growth Engine
Following the apprenticeship, graduate to the rank of Magus and form a Guild (max 5 members) to build and launch your own game. Guilds access a £1.5M venture capital pool to power game creation and marketing. Alternative paths: Access grants as UGC creators or esports players, join funded Guilds, or apply for full-time Realityjam positions. Activity Focus: Minimum 4 days of focussed work on game creation and monetization per week. Compensation: Up to £80,000 in grant or venture capital funding per Guild.
Stage 4: Join Realityjam
Our mission is building world-class games by hiring game art and dev team members exclusively from our Magi community. Magi are eligible to secure full time paid positions within Realityjam and offers are made on a case by case basis to those who choose not to build and launch their own game or work as a creator following graduation. Activity Focus: Full time 5 days per week. Compensation: Offers made on a case by case basis.
